[ Fan club etiquette violations and artist privacy violations ]
Hello. This is Victory Company.
We would like to inform you that recently, while our artists' album activities are ongoing, there have been some ongoing behaviors both online and offline that do not follow fan club etiquette and violate the artists' personal space.
There have been several instances of invasions of privacy, such as loitering in the vicinity of the company, waiting indefinitely in certain places near the company and accommodation, attempting to engage in conversations in unofficially scheduled places (airports, shops, etc.) and in the artist's private areas through chance encounters, and constantly watching or hovering around the artist while traveling on the same plane for overseas schedules.
In addition, there were letters from artists complaining about the company's policy on personal life management or requesting that the company intervene and change the policy, as well as letters that made comments related to the artist's personal life.
We are providing this guidance because some messages that may cause mental stress and pressure on artists continue to be sent through various communication methods such as personal handwritten letters, bubbles, and non-stages, and we believe that direct accusations and profanity in specific languages that artists are not familiar with have crossed the line.
While the artist's album is progressing and we have been working hard to bring only good news to our fans, the behavior of some individuals continues to cross the line, and we will take action to catch them and impose strong sanctions to prevent them from harming the artist and other fans who follow good etiquette.
To conclude this announcement, we ask for your active cooperation in preventing further instances of disrespect for fan club etiquette.
Thank you.
