NTX(엔티엑스)에게 항상 많은 관심과 사랑을 보내주시는 국내외 NTFUL(엔티플) 여러분들께 감사드리며,

아티스트와 팬 여러분 모두의 안전을 위한 에티켓을 안내 드립니다.

1. 아티스트 존중

① 모든 공식 스케줄 및 스케줄 이동시 아티스트에게 올바른 존칭을 사용해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 아무런 호칭 없이 "야" 라고 부르는 행위는 아티스트에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있습니다.

② 아티스트에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있는 발언, 행동을 금지합니다.

③ 아티스트에게 과도한 사생활 간섭적 발언, 개인의 요구사항을 강요하는 언행을 자제하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 공식 스케줄 참여

① 공식 스케줄이 이루어지는 장소 외 공간으로의 출입 및 대기하는 행위는 금지합니다.

  (소속사, 숙소, 공항, 샵, 아티스트 소속 학교, 주차장, 비공개 스케줄 장소 등)

② 공식 스케줄 현장에서 아티스트 담당 STAFF 및 경호팀의 통솔을 잘 따라주시기 바랍니다.

③ 출퇴근시 아티스트와 현장 STAFF의 안전을 위협하거나 피해를 주는 행위는 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.

  (아티스트를 향해 뛰어오는 경우, 인도가 아닌 차도에서 이동/대기하는 경우 등)

④ 촬영이 금지된 스케줄에서의 관련 기기를 소지하거나 위반 행동 적발 시 강제 퇴장, 기기 압수, 데이터 삭제 조치가 진행될 수 있습니다.

3. 공항 출입국

① 사진/영상 촬영 및 녹음을 위해 과도하게 접촉하여 스킨십, 대화 시도, 아티스트와 동행 STAFF의 이동 동선을 방해하는 행위는 금지합니다.

② 촬영이 금지된 공항 검색대 이후 모든 동선에서의 사진, 동영상, 녹음을 엄격히 금지합니다.

    이를 어기고 촬영을 강행, SNS에 게시하는 경우 법적 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.

③ 불법적인 경로를 통해 아티스트의 항공 일정, 여권 및 개인정보 수집을 엄격히 금지하며, 이를 어길 시 영구적으로 팬클럽 자격이 박탈됩니다.

④ 공항에 출입하여 공항을 이용하는 일반 승객에게 피해를 끼칠 수 있는 모든 행위를 금지합니다.

4. 선물 전달

① 팬레터 및 선물 전달은 현장 팬매니저를 통해서만 전달이 가능하며, 아티스트에게 직접 팬레터 또는 선물을 전달할 경우 전달 없이 폐기됩니다.

② 개인 선물의 경우 스케줄 현장 상황에 따라 전달받을 수 있는 여부가 상이하니, 선물은 가급적 소속사로 택배를 이용해 보내주시고,

스케줄 현장에서는 팬레터만 전달해주시기를 권고드립니다. (공식 스케줄 장소 외 비공식 스케줄 장소에서의 팬레터, 선물 전달은 받지 않습니다.)

5. 블랙리스트 관리

① 소속사 자체 컨텐츠 스케줄 또는 앨범과 관련된 외부 스케줄(공개방송,팬사인회,각종 행사 등) 모두 규칙에 위배되는 행위가 적발될 경우

활동 불가 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

② 위반 사항에 따라 경고 조치 외 별도 패널티가 부과될 수 있으며, 사안에 따라 경고 없이 영구 블랙 회원으로 분류되어 팬클럽 회원 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

③ 규칙을 위반하여 경고를 받을 시 마스킹처리된 최소한의 개인정보과 함께 위반 사유가 팬카페에 게시될 예정입니다.

④ 현장에서 규칙 위반에 대한 본인 확인 절차를 따르지 않거나, 이를 거부 또는 본인 확인 절차가 필요치 않을만큼 물증이 확실한 경우

본인 확인 절차 없이 경고 조치 또는 블랙리스트 회원으로 리스트업될 수 있습니다.

위 내용에 기재되지 아니하더라도 무질서한 행위, 아티스트에게 피해를 주는 행위라고 판단될 시 현장 STAFF의 제재와 함께 불이익이 적용될 수 있습니다.

팬 여러분께서는 반드시 위 내용을 준수하시어 불이익을 받지 않도록 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

아티스트를 포함한 모두의 안전을 위해 팬 여러분들의 적극적인 협조와 양해 부탁드립니다.

We would like to thank all NTFULs at home and abroad for their continued support and love for NTX,
We would like to introduce the etiquette for the safety of both artists and fans.

1. Respect for artists

① Please use proper respect for artists in all official scheduling and schedule transfers.
- Calling an artist "hey" without any title may be offensive to the artist.

② Prohibit remarks and behaviors that may be offensive to artists.

③ We ask artists to refrain from making overly intrusive comments and imposing personal demands.

2. Participating in Official Schedules

① It is prohibited to enter or wait in any space other than the place where the official schedule is held.
  (Agency, accommodation, airport, shop, artist's school, parking lot, private scheduling location, etc.)

② Please follow the instructions of the artist's staff and security team at the location of the official schedule.

③ Please refrain from any behavior that threatens or damages the safety of the artist and on-site staff when traveling to and from work.
  (Running towards the artist, moving/waiting on the roadway instead of the sidewalk, etc.)

④ Possession of related devices or violation of the schedule when filming is prohibited may result in forced eviction, device confiscation, and data deletion.

3. Airport Entry and Exit

① Excessive contact for photo/video shooting and recording is prohibited, including touching, attempting to converse, and obstructing the movement of the artist and accompanying staff.

② Photographs, videos, and recordings are strictly prohibited on all routes after the airport checkpoint where filming is prohibited.
    If you violate this and force yourself to take pictures or post them on social media, legal action may be taken.

③ Collecting artists' flight schedules, passports, and personal information through illegal means is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent fan club disqualification.

④ We prohibit any behavior that may cause harm to ordinary passengers entering and using the airport.

4. Delivering gifts

① Fan letters and gifts can only be delivered through the on-site fan manager, and if you deliver fan letters or gifts directly to the artist, they will be discarded without delivery.

② In the case of personal gifts, the availability of delivery varies depending on the scheduled site, so please send gifts to the agency by courier if possible,
We recommend that you deliver only fan letters at the scheduled site. (We do not accept fan letters or gifts at unofficial scheduling locations other than official scheduling locations).

5. Blacklist Management

① If you are found to be in violation of the rules for both the agency's own content schedule or external schedules related to the album (public broadcasts, fan signing ceremonies, various events, etc.
you may be banned from activities.

② Depending on the violation, additional penalties may be imposed in addition to warning measures, and depending on the case, you may be classified as a permanent black member without warning and revoked from fan club membership.

③ If you receive a warning for violating the rules, the reason for the violation will be posted on the fan cafe along with a minimum amount of masked personal information.

④ If you do not follow the identification procedure for violating the rules on site, refuse to do so, or the evidence is clear enough that the identification procedure is not necessary.

You may be warned or listed as a blacklisted member without the verification process.

Even if it is not listed above, disorderly behavior or behavior that is deemed to be damaging to the artist may be sanctioned by the on-site staff and penalties may be applied.

Fans are requested to comply with the above to avoid being penalized.
For the safety of everyone, including the artists, we ask for your active cooperation and understanding.
